I am Norman Prigge, an attorney with over fifteen years of experience helping businesses navigate the legal and regulatory landscape in South Africa. My career has moved from the courtroom to the boardroom — from civil litigation and the drafting of commercial agreements, to leading privacy and compliance programmes for a diverse corporate client base. I hold an LLB from the University of Pretoria, a Compliance Management qualification from the University of Cape Town, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management and Administration from Stellenbosch Business School. I also serve as an assessor for UCT's Data Privacy Course, evaluating proficiency in POPIA, GDPR, and global privacy trends.
